... or "What Invasion Of The Dinosaurs might have looked like with a decent budget."

Quite a painful birth this one. I started it weeks ago and it's been through a few versions before this. It originally involved the Doctor & Sarah hiding in an alleyway with the T-Rex peering round the corner, then it was going to be a landscape image with a smashed-up London bus, then it was going to be a pack of Raptors, then it was going to involve the Brigadier...

Eventually I settled on this layout and it's turned out alright. I seem to have (unwittinlgy) done a much better likeness of Pertwee in this one than in my original image from last year ([link]). And Liz looks a bit more like Liz in this one - Katie Manning was unrecognisable in the last one!

But the real fun bit was the T-Rex! I remember I used to draw dinosaurs all the time when I was a kid and I'd forgotten just how much fun it could be. I recommend it to anyone - if you're stuck for inspiration and feel like shaking off those artistic cobwebs, just draw a snarling dino.
